Parveena Ahanger is a Protester, she is the founder of "Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons" in Jammu and Kashmir. Ahanger has been protesting about the disappearances, she is demanding justice for the victims who have been affected in Jammu and Kashmir. Ahanger has won the Rafto Prize for Human Rights in 2017. Ahanger's son was abducted, therefore, she went to protest infront of the police station, where the Seniors in the department figured, coursing them to take action where they found her son in the hospital.
