Dayle Haddon is the founder and CEO of WomenOne. WomenOne strives to help women and girls get education. Haddon has also mentioned the up's of education such as there is less occurances of HIV-AIDS and violence goes down. WomenOne had also created a workshop for Syrian refugee girls from the Zaatari camp, the program helps the girls get education and counseling, emotional, and academic counseling, health education, and financial and digital literacy training.
