Rachel Cordrey is the Pharmacy Supervisor of Peninsula Regional Medical Center in USA, Cordrey had led microdemex, which is a drug information base, which helps nurses and pharmacists take better care of patients at the medical center. Peninsula Regional Medical Center was the first hospital that had integrated the WATSON assistant which had happen to handle about 100,000 questions, all of those questions were trained to medications, dosage, and interactions that can affect the patient. The advice she gives to the next generation of women are, "Take opportunities when they present themselves and put the work in to achieve results."
