Glenna Gordon is a documentary photographer and photojournalist on a mission to tell the stories no-one else can. Her latest photo-book, Diagram of a Heart, a pictorial essay on the lives of women in Northern Nigeria. The New York Times named it their photo-book of the year in 2016. She is the recipient of the 2019 Aftermath Project grant. Additionally, she won a World Press Award in 2015, was a finalist for the Eugene Smith Award in 2017, and many other awards. In addition, She is a lecturer at The New School in New York and a partner at the publishing collective Red Hook Editions.
