Mexican footballer Charlyn Corral plays as a striker for Levante of Spain's Primera División. She has previously played for Merilappi United in Finland and for the University of Louisville's college soccer team in the United States. Corral made her debut for the Mexico U-21 team in 2006 at the age of 14. She was a member of the Mexico squad at the 2006, 2008 and 2010 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. In 2006, Corral was the top scorer at the CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship. Corral earned her first cap for the Mexico women's national football team at the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup in a group stage match against New Zealand.
