GMHC Vice President, Coordinated Care Jennay M. Thompson has expertise in delivering and managing HIV Care Coordination services, which has given her a solid track record in program performance. She has been instrumental in restructuring programs, starting new initiatives at GMHC and is currently coordinating GMHC’s work with the integration of Health Homes, Health and Recovery Programs (HARPS) and Home and Community Bases Services (HCBS). Mrs. Thompson received her BA from Long Island University and a Master of Social Work from Hunter College.
