Emerald Pellot

1990 - Today

Date Added:

"When I started, I didn't imagine a response as enthusiastic or that this project would endure for so long. Resilience will always be the highlight of my career." Emerald Pellot is an AfroLatina writer, illustrator, and intersectional feminist. At the age of 28 she is the founder of GRL TRBL, a line of pins and prints that are a direct response to Trump's administration. She claims that change will only happen when all women come together and unite against racism, homophobia, classism, and sexism. The pins she makes have been featured in BuzzFeed, HuffPo, Vivala, Luna Luna Magazine, Washington Post, and much more.
