Judy Garland was an american singer, actress, and vaudevillian. Her career span was from 45 years to 47 years. Judy Garland had played in the Wizard of Oz in 1939 and that led to her stardom. Her signature song "over the rainbow" earned Judy a special juvenile Oscar statuette on 29 February 1940 for Best Performance by a Juvenile Actor.
